Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. For your convenience, we directly bill the carrier (insurance company) for services provided based on your benefits. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the benefits. Any fees not covered based on your policy are due at time of service. We are also equipped to send claims electronically, which provides a faster outcome.
Although we are not a party to the contractual arrangement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. As a convenience to you we will process your insurance claims in order for you to receive this maximum benefit. We will also provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided.
At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with the best treatment options and services. We make our recommendations based on the Principle of Risk Reduction to ensure long-term dental health; not on the limitations of your dental plan.
In our continued commitment to providing the highest quality of dental care to all of our patients and to making those services comfortably affordable, we are pleased to accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, and Debit Card.
For more extensive work, we are pleased to offer financing options.
